EIZO GmbH introduces its first 32-inch 8-megapixel medical color monitor for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) at MEDICA 2021. The CuratOR LX3240-MR is specifically suited for operation in a medical environment and is tailored for image display near a strong magnetic field such as that of an MRI machine. The monitor can be mounted on an equipment cart or on a ceiling mount.

For British start-up Occuity Ltd., the eye is the window into health. With their handheld, non-contacting optical pachymeter, presented for the first time at MEDICA, corneal thickness can be measured in just a few seconds, thus facilitating a possible glaucoma diagnosis. In addition, the MM1 MultiMeter also prvides the additional sets as of a pupillometry for measuring visual acuity.
